Course Content
This one-day class will cover the hazards and safety procedures
for excavation and trenching work as required by Michigan Occupational
Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA ) Part 9 Rules for Excavation,
Trenching, and Shoring and United States Occupational Safety and
Health Administration (OSHA) Excavations Regulations, 29CFR 1926.650.
Successful participants will meet the requirements for Qualified
Person and Competent Person as required by MIOSHA and OSHA.
